Pay Your Rent Online

You can now pay your rent online at Phoenix Property Management. This online service is requested many of you so we are now officially making it available.

Please note there is a credit card service fee of 3%. You may add this to the actual rent in your submission. Otherwise, we will not consider that you have pay your rent in full.

For example, your rent is $1000. 3% of $1000 is $30. You should then submit your payment of amount $1030. Failure to do for whatever reason is not our responsibility. The amount has to be correct.

Once you have submit the payment, Paypal will email you a receipt of the payment. You should forward this to us at info@phoenixpropertync.com to complete the payment process.

You do NOT need to be a Paypal member to pay online. Select "Continue" by the "Don't Have Paypal Account" area to pay with our credit card. If you are a Paypal member, you can choose to login and pay from your Paypal account.

Paypal serves as a credit card merchant only. They provide the security, processing, and receipt of the transaction better than anyone.

 

Please remember to email us your Paypal receipt to complete the payment process.
